You may not use INKO.RUN to:

• Engage in or promote illegal activities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Facilitate human trafficking, exploitation, or abuse
• Promote or sell illegal drugs, weapons, or controlled substances
• Engage in money laundering or financial fraud
• Violate export control or sanctions laws

You may not post, upload, or share content that:

• Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Promotes or glorifies terrorism or violent extremism
• Incites violence or hatred against individuals or groups
• Contains graphic violence or gore intended to shock
• Promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
• Harasses, bullies, or threatens other users
• Constitutes hate speech or discriminatory content

You may not:

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Engage in phishing, social engineering, or other scams
• Spread malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Use deceptive practices to collect user information
• Create fake accounts or use bots to manipulate the Platform
• Artificially inflate metrics (views, likes, follows)

You may not:

• Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other IP rights
• Plagiarize content from other users or sources
• Upload content you don't have rights to share
• Circumvent digital rights management (DRM) or technical protections

You may not:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages or spam
• Engage in repetitive or disruptive posting
• Conduct unauthorized advertising or marketing
• Post irrelevant or off-topic content excessively
• Abuse reporting, flagging, or moderation systems

You may not:

• Interfere with or disrupt Platform services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Circumvent security measures or technical limitations
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without authorization
• Overload or stress test our infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Platform software
• Extract or scrape data in violation of our Terms

You may not:

• Publish others' private information (doxxing)
• Share intimate images without consent (revenge porn)
• Stalk or track other users
• Collect or harvest user data without permission
• Violate others' reasonable expectations of privacy

You may not, without authorization:

• Use INKO.RUN primarily for commercial purposes
• Resell access to the Platform or its features
• Use the Platform to recruit or advertise jobs
• Conduct multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes

Note: Creator monetization features (when available) will have separate terms.

Violations

If you violate this AUP, we may:

• Issue a warning
• Remove violating content
• Suspend account access temporarily
• Terminate your account permanently
• Report illegal activity to law enforcement
• Pursue legal action for damages

Reporting

To report violations:

• Use the "Report" button on content or profiles
• Email: abuse@inko.run
• For urgent safety issues: safety@inko.run

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy as needed. Material changes will be announced through the Platform or via email. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
