Community Guidelines

Be Respectful

• Treat all community members with respect and kindness
• Embrace diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and creative styles
• Disagree constructively; personal attacks are not tolerated
• Use inclusive language and avoid discriminatory terms

No Harassment or Bullying

• Do not harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Do not engage in coordinated harassment campaigns
• Do not doxx (publish private information) or stalk users
• Do not create accounts to evade blocks or bans

Protect Minors

• Do not share content that sexualizes or exploits minors
• Do not attempt to contact minors for inappropriate purposes
• Report any suspicious behavior involving minors immediately

Prohibited Content

Do not create, upload, or share content that:

• Illegal Activities: Promotes or facilitates illegal activities, including drugs, weapons trafficking, or human trafficking
• Violence and Gore: Contains excessive graphic violence, torture, or gore intended to shock or disturb
• Hate Speech: Promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Sexual Content: Contains pornographic or sexually explicit material (artistic nudity in appropriate context may be allowed with proper content warnings)
• Self-Harm: Promotes, glorifies, or instructs self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
• Misinformation: Spreads dangerous misinformation about health, safety, or elections
• Spam: Consists of spam, scams, or deceptive practices

Mature Content Guidelines

Content with mature themes is allowed but must be properly labeled:

• Use content warnings for violence, strong language, or adult themes
• Mark stories as "Mature" if they contain content inappropriate for minors
• Do not use misleading titles or descriptions to hide mature content
• Comply with age restrictions on mature content access

Quality and Originality

• Create original content or properly credit sources
• Do not plagiarize stories, characters, or assets
• Do not upload low-effort spam or test content
• Respect intellectual property rights (see our DMCA Policy)

• Only upload content you have the right to share
• Respect copyright, trademark, and other IP rights
• Fan fiction and derivative works may be allowed depending on the source material's policies
• Clearly label fan works and credit original creators
• If you receive a DMCA notice, respond appropriately (see our DMCA Policy)

Comments and Reviews

• Provide constructive feedback, not personal attacks
• Do not spam comments or reviews
• Do not manipulate ratings or reviews (fake accounts, brigading)
• Respect creators' right to moderate comments on their work

Public Library

• Only share assets you have the right to share
• Provide accurate descriptions and tags
• Do not upload malicious or inappropriate assets
• Respect the licensing terms of assets you use

Collaboration

• Honor collaboration agreements and credit contributors
• Communicate clearly about roles and responsibilities
• Resolve disputes professionally and respectfully

No Gaming the System

• Do not create fake accounts or use bots
• Do not artificially inflate views, likes, or follows
• Do not manipulate search results or recommendations
• Do not exploit bugs or vulnerabilities

Account Security

• Do not share your account credentials
• Do not buy, sell, or trade accounts
• Do not impersonate other users or entities
• Report security vulnerabilities responsibly

• AI-assisted creation is allowed and encouraged
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content
• AI-generated content must still comply with all Community Guidelines
• Consider disclosing when content is primarily AI-generated (optional but appreciated)
• Do not use AI to generate prohibited content (hate speech, illegal material, etc.)

How to Report Violations

• Use the "Report" button on content or profiles
• Provide specific details about the violation
• Include evidence if applicable (screenshots, links)
• For urgent safety concerns, email: safety@inko.run

Enforcement Actions

Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, we may:

• Issue a warning
• Remove content
• Temporarily suspend account access
• Permanently ban the account
• Report illegal activity to law enforcement

Appeals

If you believe enforcement action was taken in error:

• Email appeals@inko.run with your account details
• Explain why you believe the action was incorrect
• Provide relevant context or evidence
• We will review and respond within 7 business days

We may update these Community Guidelines as our platform evolves. Material changes will be announced through the Platform or via email. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
